GUIDE TO STUDENT AMNESTY APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES (FOR STUDENTS STARTING IN THE SPRING SEMESTER)

Candidates who have applied to benefit from the student amnesty under Provisional Article 85 of Law No. 2547 must complete the steps listed below in order by December 9, 2026, following the announcement of their application results.

1. Monitoring the Amnesty Application Process

Explanations concerning the student amnesty application process and the procedural steps to be followed are published on the Amnesty Application Processes webpage provided by the University. To access the guidelines, candidates may utilize the Amnesty Application Processes Guide link.

2. Online Final Registration Procedures

Candidates whose amnesty applications have been approved must complete their final registration procedures online via the application portal.

For final registration, the following procedural steps must be executed:

  • Access the amnesty application system.

  • Navigate to the Results > Online Registration Procedures (Sonuçlar > Online Kayıt İşlemleri) menu.

  • Verify the program name, application status, registration date interval, and student number displayed in the table.

  • Ensure that the application status is explicitly displayed as "Asıl Yerleşti" (Principally Placed).

  • Finalize the registration process by clicking the "Online Kayıt Yap" (Register Online) button located on the right-hand side of the corresponding row.

Important Note: The approval of an amnesty application does not imply the automated completion of the online final registration; candidates are required to finalize their registration independently through the system.
